Every Business In The World Offers 1 Product -- SERVICE

The type of business you own, the location of your business or the size of your business, does NOT change the fact that you are offering the same product that every other business in the world is offering. Service! This one product determines whether your business will be successful or if it will fail. The businesses that provide the service that their customers are looking for will be successful. No way around it. And the businesses that don't provide the wanted or needed service stand NO change of ever making it.

Let me give you some examples of services that various businesses offer;

Banks - Holding your money and paying you interest, providing you with a checking account and credit cards, ATMs to make your money more accessible.

Burger King - Giving you a fresh, hot, flame broiled burger prepared "your way" to satisfy your hunger.

Book Store - Offering you all the newest titles, the best sellers, a wide variety of topics, magazines and related items.

If you went in to any of these businesses and they didn't have the above mentioned products would you stay? Of course not. Because they didn't provide the basic service that you expect to receive from their business.

Every business has a service that they offer... your key to making money with your business is to find out what your particular service is and provide it to your customers in the best way you possibly can. Market your service, not your product. If you sell insurance, do you sell health insurance? No. You sell a solution to getting health care when necessary and having the bills taken care of. If you have a hardware store, do you sell shovels and plumbing supplies? No. You provide the customers with the products and the knowledge to improve their homes and their yards so that they can have a more enjoyable and more comfortable lifestyle.

Find the need that your clients have and fill it. Provide that service to them and for them. They will appreciate you for it and will show that gratitude by coming back and doing business with you over and over again.
